Simply create a free account, verify your identity, and you're ready to go. You can deposit funds via bank transfer, card, or cryptocurrency. Then send money to anyone using their email or phone number, request payments with shareable links, or integrate our API into your business. All transactions are tracked in real-time on your dashboard.
You can cancel pending transactions from your dashboard before they are processed. Go to Transaction History, find the transaction, and click Cancel if the option is available. Once a transaction is completed, you'll need to contact the recipient for a refund or reach out to our support team who can assist with disputes.
Most transactions are processed instantly. Internal transfers between TransaCash users happen in real-time. Bank transfers typically take 1-3 business days depending on your bank. Card payments are processed within minutes. Cryptocurrency transactions depend on network confirmation times, usually between a few minutes to an hour.
Log into your account and navigate to Transaction History. Locate the pending transaction you wish to cancel and click the Cancel button if available. Note that only pending transactions can be cancelled. For completed transactions, please contact our support team or request a refund from the recipient directly.
Our currency exchange fees are competitive and transparent. We charge a small percentage on the exchange rate, which varies by currency pair and is always displayed before you confirm.
