Enrollment. To become a Merchant, you must (a) complete Merchant onboarding; (b) connect a bank/PayPal account; (c) complete KYC/KYB; and (d) accept processor terms.
Payment Links. You may generate payment links only for lawful goods/services with accurate descriptions and pricing. You are responsible for delivery/fulfillment and honoring your policies.
Fees. Each transaction is subject to: (i) 1.5% Platform Fee; and (ii) processor fees (Stripe/PayPal) and, if applicable, FX fees. We may deduct fees from your Wallet/payouts.
Wallet; Payouts. Wallet reflects your available balance after fees/holds. Payouts occur on 7 days subject to reserves and risk review. You authorize us to debit/credit your connected account(s) for adjustments, negative balances, or errors.
Reserves; Risk Controls. We may establish or adjust reserves; delay or limit payouts; cap daily/monthly processing; or require additional documentation. We may reverse payments we reasonably suspect are fraudulent or unauthorized.
Refunds; Chargebacks. You will publish and honor a fair refund policy compliant with law. You are liable for chargebacks and associated fees/fines. We may pass through processor decisions and debit your Wallet or connected account.
Prohibited Uses. You will not sell prohibited/high‑risk items or engage in activity barred by law or processor policies (current lists available from Stripe/PayPal). You must maintain dispute ratios within acceptable thresholds.
Records & Audit. Maintain accurate records for at least 1 Month. We may request records to investigate disputes, compliance, or risk, and you will cooperate within a Month.
Taxes. You are solely responsible for indirect and direct taxes on your sales and for providing tax information we request. We may issue information returns or report to authorities when required.
Termination. We may suspend/terminate Merchant status for risk, policy violations, excessive disputes, or legal requirements. Upon termination, reserves may be held for 180 days to cover disputes/chargebacks.
